Matt Conway
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Matt oversees the Shields’ business development initiatives focused on hospitals and health systems across the United States. He is responsible for helping shape Shields’ long term business strategy and leading Shields’ go-to-market initiatives by partnering with healthcare systems to deliver the highest quality, hospital-owned specialty pharmacy and care. Matt joined Shields after a 14-year, award-winning career at EMC Corporation, where he held a range of senior level positions in global strategy, operations, sales and marketing. Most recently, Matt was Global Vice President of EMC’s OEM endeavors, successfully expanding the company’s revenue opportunities into previously untapped markets.
A graduate of Boston College, Matt graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English and Economics. He earned an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin School of Business, one of the top-rated business schools in the world for entrepreneurship.
