When is ASHP Midyear 2025? Dates and Details
The dates for this year’s ASHP Midyear are December 7 – 10, 2025. Exhibit setup, pre-conferences, early badge pick-up, and team meetings will begin on Saturday, December 7.
Attendees are invited to the Opening Session on December 8, 2025, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

ASHP Midyear 2025 Location
The ASHP Midyear 2025 will be held in Las Vegas, NV. More specifically, the conference will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, located on the strip at 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Attendees who plan to fly in will appreciate the short 10-15-minute cab ride from Harry Reid International Airport to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
